The short version
- Your timesheet data never leaves your device. Times, breaks and pay rates are processed in your browser and saved only to your browser's local storage. We have no database of user data.
- Share links carry data in the link itself — nothing is uploaded. Only people you give the link to can see it.
- Analytics run only if you accept the cookie banner (and only when analytics are configured at all).
- Everything is free. There is no checkout, no payment processor and no card data — we collect nothing to charge you.
1. Data we do not collect
The calculators run entirely client-side. We do not receive, store, transmit or back up: your clock-in/out times, break entries, hourly rates, computed pay, exports (CSV/TXT/PDF/Excel), or share-link contents. Clearing your browser's site data permanently deletes everything you entered.

These are functional storage, not tracking cookies, and are never read by us — they exist only in your browser.
3. Analytics (optional, consent-based)
When analytics are enabled on this site, we use Google Analytics 4 with Google Consent Mode v2. Analytics storage defaults to denied; GA4 loads only after you click “Accept” on the consent banner. Declining (or ignoring) the banner means no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice anytime via “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Analytics data is aggregate (pages visited, approximate region, device type) and never includes anything you type into a calculator.
4. Payments
None. The Site is entirely free, so there is no checkout, no payment processor, and no card or billing information involved at any point.
5. Server logs & security headers
Our host (Netlify) keeps standard, short-lived server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) for security and abuse prevention, as described in Netlify's privacy documentation. We don't combine these with any other data.
6. Email
If you email guptaaryan583@gmail.com, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to resolve your request. We don't add you to mailing lists.
7. Children
This site is a general-audience tool and is not directed at children under 13. We knowingly collect no personal data from anyone — including children.
8. Your rights
Because your calculator data exists only on your device, access and deletion are in your hands (clear site data). For anything email-related — access, correction or deletion of correspondence — contact guptaaryan583@gmail.com.
9. Changes
We'll update this page when practices change and adjust the effective date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
