The Site provides free, browser-based time, timesheet and pay calculators, including PDF, Excel, CSV and TXT exports. Every feature is free; there is no paid tier. Calculations run on your device; we don't store your inputs. The Site may change or be discontinued at any time.
2. Estimates, not advice
Results are estimates for informational purposes only and are not legal, tax, accounting or payroll advice. Wage laws vary by state, industry, and contract, and change over time. Verify outcomes with your employer, payroll provider, or the relevant labor agency before relying on them. See the disclaimer.
3. Free to use
The Site is free to use, with no account, subscription or payment. Reports you generate (PDF, Excel, CSV, TXT) are yours for personal and internal business use. The content and code of the Site itself remain protected by copyright.
4. Acceptable use
Don't abuse the Site: no attempts to disrupt it, scrape it at volumes that degrade service, or use it to violate the law.
5. No warranty
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We work hard on correctness (see our editorial policy) but cannot guarantee error-free results.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Timesheet Calculator and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, or for lost profits or wages, arising from use of the Site. Because the Site is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to USD $0.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
